Lee Neumann

Youth and High School Team Head Coach/Hitting and Outfield instructor

Lee has been coaching at The Batter’s Box for 11 years and counting. Prior to Lee coming on board with us, his playing career lead him through Brenham High School’s historic program under the tutelage of Coach Jim Long, where he earned All-District honors.

After Brenham he took his talents to Blinn College and earned a selection to the NJCAA All Region XIV team. His success at Blinn lead to an opportunity at Angelo State University where he earned numerous accolades such as 2-time ABCA/Rawlings All-American, 2-time ABCA Rawlings South Central Player of the Year, and 2-time Lonestar Conference Player of the Year.

Lee’s coaching style is one of grit and determination. as he always likes to remind his players: “The harder you work, the luckier you get.”
